·     The core from targeted well is required to simulate explosive process in the lab. Additional information may be needed.	·     Young's modulus ·     Poisson's ratio ·     Permeability ·     Cement bond log ·     Structural cross section, etc.	·     Cement bond log ·     Type of the formation rock will be available for review

It is preferred to have as much details as possible for example:

1.   All available logs

2.   Construction of the well

·     data on the casing string ( presence of filters and their construction, depth of casing shoes)

·     inclinometer data from the well, maximum amount of well inclination

·     electrical, gamma and neutron logs and interpretation

·     quality of pressure seal; condition of sump, etc

3.   History of the well

·     initial production rate (subdividing production rates for oil, gas and water)

·     production and/or intake/injection rate for the past 6 months before application of  SWTorpedo stimulation services

·     effective radius of well and its external reservoir boundary

·     type and production capacity of well equipment; magnitude of pressure drop (pressure build-up)

·     whether any other methods to increase production rate were used, their characteristics and results
