Sigor Corporation was established in 1991 by Igor Skakovsky,
the current President/CEO, as an analytical laboratory for applied sciences, technologies transfer and its management.
Today it is a Company with the science at its core and sharp focus on oil and gas well completion and fracture stimulation.
Special target areas are deep tight sands and oil shale.
During the period from October, 2000 through October, 2003 Company collaborated with the group of scientists from an
ex-Soviet Republic on the pioneering R&D project in rock mechanics funded by United States Department of State.
The idea was to combine experience of a group (total of a 12 scientists, petroleum and chemical engineers) and results
of its past experimental work on dynamic loading of a rock conducted in USSR, and apply it to oil and gas wells completion
and fracture stimulation.
After successful completion of collaborative project that been finalized
by the field test at Teapot Dome, Wyoming supported and sponsored by the DOE, Sigor Corporation made farther development
of rock dilative technologies and development of related techniques and equipment the primary focus of its profit driven
Research and Development activities.
Today Sigor Corporation offer
SWT-GUARANT,
SWT-OPTIMUM and
SWT-ECONOM frac/stimulation services
under patented Trade mark SWTorpedo.

BACKGROUND OF KEY PERSONNEL
President/Chief Executive Officer
Igor Skakovsky - Mr. Skakovsky is the founder of Sigor Corporation
and has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its inception in 1991.
He is a petrochemical engineer and a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers, Society of Mining,
Metallurgy and Exploration and Society of Explosive Engineers.
He holds a petrochemical process engineering degree from the Severodonetsk Chemical and Mechanical Institute
in Ukraine.
Since the year of 2003 Mr. Skakovsky leading the Company’s experimental research in new methods of forecasting rock dilation
and advancing existing techniques of explosive fractures.
Such research resulted in 2 publications in JPT magazine and 1 patent.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Heidkamp - Mr. Heidkamp is currently the founder and president of MH Outsourcing S.C., a Mexico City
investment advisory firm. He has over 10 years experience within the financial sector and spent 7 years at the Bank of
Montreal, Mexico office, where he was business originator and financial advisor for major corporate clients.
Through his contacts with the auto parts, manufacturing, and food industries, he built a corporate and investment
bank business for the Bank of Montreal from zero base to annual revenues of $10 million. In the process, he placed the
Bank of Montreal as the 6th most active company in the corporate syndication market in Mexico. Mr. Heidkamp enjoys good
working relationships with most banks that are active within the Mexican Market, as well as government institutions
such as Hacienda, Pemex and CFE. He also successfully cross-sold other bank products such as derivatives for natural
gas, currency and precious metal hedges, and was responsible for promoting private placements, securitizations, and
capital market products. He oversaw and coordinated the workout team responsible for Mexican corporate loans.
He successfully originated, structured and closed over $2 billion in cross-border asset-backed deals in Latin America.
Mr. Heidkamp holds a degree in Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico and completed his MBA
at the University of Chicago in the United States. Mr. Heidkamp has also completed several courses focused on derivatives,
project finance, valuations and risk management.
Vice President of R&D
A.V. Mykhalyuk - Dr. Mykhalyuk is the senior scientist for Sigor.
His industrial experiences include developing a new technology for rock deconsolidation by blasting, organizing the
block-stones producing at four quarries of non-metallic minerals, and was the chief of the group of designers in the
Institute of Non-Metallic Building Materials. He has also directed a number of rock-crushing plants, mines and quarries
developed a system of tailing; and worked out a method for a design of blasting using simple explosives.
His scientific experience includes carrying out research on soil dynamics including determining the viscosity of clayey
and sandy soils and implementing new methods of blasting in mining and engineering. As the chief of the group of
scientists at the Institute of Geophysics NASU he investigated rock dilatancy, worked out new explosive technologies for
intensification of underground fluid recovery by blasting and investigated new methods for protecting of wells, mines and
other underground construction from destruction, caused by shock waves. He has also created a number of new explosive
technologies for demolishing engineered construction under special conditions, developed the explosive technology of
raising and tunneling by continuous blasting in emergency and implemented new explosive technologies at oil, gas and
water wells stimulation. As the senior scientist in the National Research Institute of Labor Protection and collaboration
project with Sigor Corporation he carried out research of the behavior of casing-strings at torpedoing of the wells;
and worked out a number of new devices and technologies for casing-strings protection. Dr. Mykhalyuk graduated from the
Kyiv Polytechnical Institute as a mining engineer, received a Ph.D. in Rock Mechanics and Doctor of Technical Sciences
from the Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics, National Academy of Sciences. Results of his scientific activity have also
been present in 4 books, 191 papers and monographs and in 73 inventions and patents. The most important of them include
books on hydro-fracturing and dilatancy. He is also the recipient of the Diploma of Honor; gold, silver and bronze medals
of the All-Union Exhibition of Achievements in Economy.
Vice President of IT
V.T. Lazurik - Dr. Lazurik has been the Head of the Theoretical Division of Radiation Physics Laboratory at
the Kharkiv National University for the past 17 years. In this position, he has been responsible in several aspects of
modeling in photon and electron passage through heterogeneous systems including computer simulation and various modeling
roles. He has been able to apply this to the design of computer systems for practical scientific tasks.
Dr. Lazurik has held various research positions and has been a professor of physics and technology at
Kharkiv National University since 1995. Among Dr. Lazurik's accomplishments, he is the author of 2 books, 4 patents and
more than 200 papers in professional issues.
His education includes a Ph.D., in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics and Doctor of Science in
Theoretical Nuclear Physics from Kharkiv State University.
